Mirco Cavallo is an architect and CEO Studio Cavallo21, a studio specialising in franchise design and architecture.

He studied the Faculty of Architecture in Venice where he graduated in 1993.
He began his career working in various studios in Europe and South America.
In 1999 he founded his own studio, STUDIO CAVALLO21 based in Italy-Treviso.
In 2015 he and his partner Hubert Sterzinger founded a second studio in Köln SUPERSTUDIO21.
Between Germany, Belgium, Italy, SUPERSTUDIO21 has been moving in the world of Design collaborating with CLETO MUNARI for several years, Interior Architecture in Hospitality, Retail, Entertainment, with a strong specialisation in the Food sector.
He collaborates with the most important chains in the food sector in Germany.
Vapiano, Edeka, Carlsberg-Astra Group, Cafe de Paris, Immergrünn, Terence Hill, Steffen Henssler for the Happī chain and Ahoi, Enchilada gruppe deutschland, Motorworld Group, Wienerwald to name but a few.
